The district convened a representative group of constituients to serve on a District Wide Facilities Planning Team in June of 2009. The group identified the needs for facilities improvements in the district and prioritized three phases of implementation. Phase I improvements were approved in a referendum in October 2010 and Phase II in a referendum in December 2012.
