The Ballston Spa Central School District’s annual Wellness Expo is being held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 9:00 am - 12:00pm, in the Wood Road Elementary School cafeteria/gymnasium. The goal is to bring the school community together for a fun-filled day and encourage students and families to participate in healthy and active lifestyles. The Wellness Expo will once again offer information from community organizations, bike giveaways, live demonstrations and plenty of great freebies during the event.

The Wellness Expo is a FREE family-friendly event that is open to all residents of the district. Over fifty health and wellness professionals from throughout our community and around the region are planning to attend and provide educational information on fitness, healthy eating, and related wellness topics. 

Bicycle helmets will be given away to students courtesy of a donation from Senator Tedisco’s office. There will also be drawings held throughout the day, including free bicycles (for current students), and many other giveaways from the exhibitors.  Any interested vendors can register to participate HERE.
