VIRTUAL FIELD TRIPS & VIDEO CONFERENCING

Ballston Spa is fortunate to have four state-of-the-art video conferencing units available across the district.  While a virtual trip/video conference cannot replace hands-on opportunities that occur when students take a bus to a location, these electronic options are certainly affordable when you consider the price of gas and the expense of taking students out of our district.  I will be listing various opportunities in this section of my website.  Please feel free to contact Brian Merchant and/or myself if you see an opportunity that will benefit your students.  And..please feel free to share other opportunities as you come across them.  I will be happy to add them to our ever-growing list of virtual field trips.  Look on the left hand of this window for age-appropriate links and resources.
